Clearwater Analytics, LLC has an opening for Global Delivery Division Lead in Boise, ID. Job duties include: Build and manage a high-performing team that supports the onboarding of new Clearwater clients. Responsibilities include recruitment, retention, training, and motivating team members. Oversee performance management through 1-on-1s and reviews, facilitate career growth, and act as a knowledgeable escalation point for inquiries. Implement metrics to measure project and process success, drawing on expertise in financial instruments and accounting. Collaborate with product management to enhance client onboarding and ensure smooth knowledge transfer between teams. Manage a team size of 20-50 including individual contributors and other managers. Determine how to meet assigned objectives and goals, receiving them in this form. Mitigate risks and ensure timely client implementation by participating in senior leadership steerco meetings with clients regularly. Recommend positive changes to organizational policies and procedures. Ensure client success and continued growth by engaging regularly with senior and executive leadership. Build out market vision and maintain client satisfaction by participating with sales, product, and other ops team leaders. Gain desired outcomes and drive continuous improvement by following existing processes and implementing new ones when applicable. Support team members by advising on meeting schedules, issue resolution, and career paths. Administer schedules and performance requirements, actively developing them. May telecommute.

Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, math, accounting, economics, or a related field, followed by 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or a Division Lead-related occupation.
