Director of SEC Reporting

P&C Insurance Experience is REQUIRED


Working this opening in conjunction with another recruiter. Our client is a greater Houston, TX area publicly held P&C carrier and they are looking to hire a Director of SEC Reporting. Will lead all SEC 10K, 10Q reporting efforts. Role is high visibility. CPA is REQUIRED, Public Accounting experience is preferred. Client is looking for minimum of 7 years of experience within a publicly held P&C carrier. 1 -3 years of supervisory experience would be a plus.

Lines of business include commercial business, wcomp, homeowners, flood, health, auto. Will prepare and oversee all aspects of SEC filings - 10K and 10Q.

Client will consider offering relocation assistance which can be negotiated at offer and will be in the form of a sign-on bonus, in the event the hire wants to relocate - greater Houston, TX.

Position is bonus eligible with full deck of benefits.
