Job Title: Sales Officer Life Insurance
Location: Tema and Surrounding Areas

Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our team and drive the growth of our life insurance products within Tema and its surrounding areas. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our life insurance to potential clients, ensuring their financial security and peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively identify and engage with potential clients in Tema and nearby locations to promote and sell life insurance products.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our life insurance offerings to effectively present and explain product features and benefits to clients.
Build and nurture relationships with clients, providing personalized service to meet their insurance needs.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress to the Sales Manager.

Compensation:

Support Allowance: GHS 800 - 1,000 monthly for the first 6 months.
Commission: Attractive commission structure in addition to the support allowance for the first 6 months.
Post 6 Months: Commission-based earnings with the opportunity for additional bonuses based on performance.
Training: Training will be provided.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Familiarity with Tema and its surrounding areas is an advantage.
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
