Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand the business and team operations of overseas departments, comprehend business strategies, and promote the effective implementation of human resources strategies in overseas departments;
2. Based on the situation of the business team, clarify the competency model, design personnel growth paths and training plans, effectively formulate and implement talent development plans, and follow up on their implementation;
3. Provide support for the development of the team, apply professional theories, methods, and tools, and provide comprehensive solutions for the business team, including recruitment, training, performance, employee relations, and other human resources work;

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of overseas human resources and administrative work experience;
2. Have experience in HR and administrative work in large multinational corporations;
3. Understand the basic work of human resources and administrative modules, and be familiar with relevant national human resources policies, laws and regulations;
4. Self driven, strong thinking ability, serious and responsible, approachable, able to adapt to the rapid development of the company's work pace;
5. Excellent interpersonal communication, coordination, organization, and management skills.

Remarks:
Vietnamese, proficient in Chinese, manufacturing industry, 1-2 years of experience in recruiting
