Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project specifications are met.

- Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to avoid project delays.

- Conduct site inspections and address any issues promptly to maintain project quality and progress.

- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns as needed.

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or remodeling industry.

- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

- Willingness to travel regularly within Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Salary: Starting from $70,000 to $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

- Work Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.

- Overtime Pay: Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate for any hours worked over 40 in a workweek, with prior approval required.

- Health Insurance: Basic health insurance coverage is provided, with the company covering a portion of the premium. Eligibility begins after 90 days of continuous employment.

- Paid Time Off (PTO): Employees accrue PTO at a rate of 1 day per month, up to 12 days per year, for use as vacation, personal days, or sick leave.

- Retirement Plan: A 401(k) retirement plan is available, allowing employees to contribute pre-tax income. Currently, there is no employer match.

- Workers Compensation: Coverage is provided for work-related injuries or illnesses.

- Unemployment Insurance: Provided in compliance with state and federal regulations.
