Roles & Responsibilities:

• New construction HVAC installations in a light commercial setting. (RTU's, Unit Heaters, Ventilation Systems, Make Up Air Systems, etc.)
• Installation of HVAC in residential new construction and commercial settings (custom and multi-family homes)
• Installation of furnaces, HRVS, air conditioning, and pool heaters
• Replacement of existing equipment in both commercial and residential settings

• Service and maintenance of commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Installation and replacement of existing HVAC/refrigeration equipment and components
• Some after hours and emergency service calls should be expected

Qualifications:

• Journeyman HVAC/R license preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in the HVAC industry
• Gas license an asset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule (on-call)
• Ability to work effectively as a team or individually
• High standards of workmanship
