Are you a team-oriented Maintenance Electrical Technician or Industrial Electrician with experience in 480V motors and controls, PLC systems, drives, and instrumentation?

Our client in Brandenburg, Kentucky, is seeking skilled individuals to join their team in maintaining and optimizing electrical systems within a steel mill environment.

Preventative & Corrective Maintenance: Ensure safe and efficient operation of steel mill equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot & Repair: 480V motors and controls in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proactive Engagement: Take initiative in completing tasks and contributing to the teams overall success.
Innovative Solutions: Analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions to challenges in the steel-making process.
Teamwork: Foster a respectful and productive workplace, effectively managing conflicts as they arise.

What Were Looking For:

Experience: 2+ years in industrial or military electrical maintenance (more is welcome).
Technical Expertise: Proficient in maintaining, calibrating, and testing electrical systems and equipment.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to evaluate options and implement solutions effectively.
Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills, building trust and cooperation within the team.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high standards in all tasks.
Requirements:

Health & Safety Compliance: Ability to perform all tasks safely and efficiently.
US Residency: Must be a resident of the United States.
Supervisor Recommendation: A recommendation from a current or previous supervisor/manager.

Additional Details:

Shifts: This position is a 4 on 4 off schedule, and requires working weekends, holidays, rotating shifts, and occasional overtime (both scheduled and unscheduled).
