Job Description
Daily inspection at the boiler on gauge glass, safety valve, burner flame, chimney, smoke emission, exhaust gas temperature, boiler pressure, internal gas pipeline, feed water tank temperature and level, circulation pump pressure, water supply tank and blowdown valve.
Sent water sample to Laboratory for Total Dissolve Solid (TDS) test.
To assist the implementation of preventive maintenance for all machineries in the plant.
Supervise boiler maintenance job for DOSH annual inspection.
To carry out other instructions from superior on matter pertaining to maintenance job.
To comply all standard instructions and procedures.
Qualifications:
SPM/O Level with at least 1st Grade Boilerman Certificate approved by DOSH.
At least 1 year hands on working experience in the related field from manufacturing environment.
Two shifts pattern, 7am to 7pm (12 hours)
4 working days, 2 days morning, 2 days night, 1 off day, 1 rest day, OT 3 hour
Salary RM3500 - RM 4500 (basic)
