Key Responsibilities:

Supervise maintenance activities for high-tech packaging equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems (PLCs, servomotors).
Perform preventive maintenance and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Analyze downtime data to implement improvements.
Manage a team of technicians and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:

3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/production.
Strong electrical and mechanical background (Journeyman's card or certification preferred).
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and FDA/ISO standards.
