Dealership Territory Manager



Dallas, TX Northern Florida Northern California Boston/Springfield, MA

Job Summary:


Can you develop and manage your own market? As a Dealer Territory Manager (DTM) you will be in the field, calling RV and marine dealerships in and presenting our customer financing to Dealers and F&I Managers. (link removed) The DTM role is both hunting and farming.



Responsibilities:



  • Grow the current base of dealer partners

  • Maintain successful relations with our dealer partners

  • Become an essential asset to your dealers with your knowledge and commitment to exceptional service

  • Accessible to your dealers' needs



To help ensure an excellent fit for both the candidate and the company, we are seeking candidates with the following experience/traits/abilities



  • Ability to travel throughout your territory including overnight travel

  • Experience calling on dealerships, this can be automotive, marine, RV, power sports, or similar

  • Become a market leader in your territory

  • We want a DTM who enjoys sales as a career

  • Proven High Performer we will ask!

  • A "Hunter" who is great at prospecting for new business

  • A "Farmer" who is excellent at maintaining and keeping relationships

  • Results-driven with a sense of urgency to achieve goals

  • Proficient with SalesForce or related software

  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
