Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise Service Department Personnel
• Communicate with customers cheerfully and knowledgeably
• Manage the materials, equipment, tools, and vehicles assigned to the Service Department
• Hiring and terminating Service
• Ensure the profitable operation of the Service Department
• Assure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws, health standards, safety standards, ordinances, and company policies
• Assure the accurate and timely completion of all Service estimates and work
• Assure the accurate and timely completion of all Servicemen’s time sheets
• Working closely with the Service Salesman regarding increasing Service sales and gain new business

 Requirements:

• 5 + years’ experience in Commercial HVAC Service Industry
• Ability to diagnose HVAC problems rapidly and accurately
• Strong management skills
• Strong administrative skills
• Experience with billing
• Ability to help field technicians if needed
