Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for our New Product Development team in the Wiring Harness Industry in Amphenol FCi Bengaluru. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering /Mechanical /ECE or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in product development in the Wiring Harness Industry.
• Strong knowledge of wiring harness design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven track record of successfully launching new products in the industry.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for product development.

Roles and Responsibilities
