Role Overview:
As a Freelance Content Writer, you will create a wide variety of written content, from website copy and blog posts to whitepapers and product descriptions. You will need to effectively research and write about diverse topics, ensuring each piece aligns with the client's brand voice and business goals. We are seeking writers who can meet deadlines consistently, collaborate efficiently with our in-house editors, and deliver polished, publication-ready content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear, engaging and well-researched content for digital platforms, including blogs, websites, social media and newsletters.
- Produce long-form content such as whitepapers, case studies, and technical articles.
- Conduct thorough research on industry-specific topics, from lifestyle and fashion to technology and business.
- Implement SEO strategies, incorporating keywords and optimising for search engines.
- Work closely with project managers to understand client briefs, tone of voice and deadlines.
- Revise and refine content based on editorial feedback to ensure quality and alignment with client expectations.
- Maintain a consistent level of quality and originality in all content.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (in any field), though degrees in English, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing are preferred.
- Minimum a year of proven experience as a freelance writer or in a content writing role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing versatility in writing styles, tone and subject matter.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimisation techniques.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and turn complex ideas into accessible, engaging content.
- Excellent command of grammar, punctuation and style.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
