Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer / Technology Manager

Rate of Pay: $153,983 to $169,480/year

Duties: Support the Guardian Oracle Financials Cloud and Oracle PeopleSoft applications. Monitor and evaluate daily production activities and priorities to meet service level agreements and mitigate operational risks. Manage production support, including after hours, weekends, remote support, as well as on-site when necessary. Develop new and manage existing integrations in OIC and Oracle ERP reports and workflows. Evaluate performance and effectiveness of current operations, identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain operational procedures documentation. Coordinate weekend validation of IT shared services patches, upgrades and infrastructure changes. Coordinate with business owners and plan for future state needs on system and data integration. Translate business requirements and design into technical solutions. Research, troubleshoot, and support complex system customizations. Collaborate closely with the ERP Financial Cloud Oracle manager to deliver quarterly progress reports and milestones achieved within the Financial and Actuarial System team of Enterprise Business Technology Services.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Sr. Software Engineer / Technology Manager-related occupation.

Employer will accept 2 years of employment experience in meeting the Bachelor's degree requirement.
