Job Duties:
Analyze restaurant business, and establish sales and marketing goals, policies and procedures. Devise most efficient methods of accomplishing work. Define problems through meetings with management and employees (kitchen and floor staff). Review and analyze information through different reports and researches, and propose ways to improve an organization's structure, efficiency, or profits. Organize and document findings of studies and prepare recommendations for implementation of new restaurant service systems, procedures or organizational changes. Develop management plans and programs for the changes in the organization. Confer with personnel concerned to assure smooth functioning of newly implemented systems or procedure.
