Job Description:
Analyze business and operating procedures for restaurant to devise most efficient methods of accomplishing work. Define problems through consultations and meetings with management and employees including kitchen staff and servers. Review and analyze information through different reports and researches, and propose ways to improve an organization’s structure, efficiency, or profits in the restaurant field. Organize and document findings of studies and prepare recommendations for implementation of new sales systems, procedures or organizational changes. Develop management plans and programs for the changes in the organization. Confer with personnel concerned to assure smooth functioning of newly implemented systems, procedure or management.

Requirement:
• High School Diploma/GED
• 2 years of experience as a Management Analyst or any managerial position in the restaurant industry

$64,709/year
