Responsibilities include helping Sr. Manager to ensure team members grasp project requirements and various research methodologies, ensuring they are well-versed in best research practices; assisting in the execution of research plans and playing a supporting role in transforming customer feedback into innovative recommendations. Will aid in crafting test plans, including establishing screening criteria on the User Testing platform.
