SimpleTire LLC (Philadelphia, PA) seeking Customer Insights Coordinator. This junior-level role is integral in supporting Sr. Manager of UX Research to develop research training materials. Responsibilities include helping Sr. Manager to ensure team members grasp project requirements and various research methodologies, ensuring they are well-versed in best research practices; assisting in the execution of research plans and playing a supporting role in transforming customer feedback into innovative recommendations. Will aid in crafting test plans, including establishing screening criteria on the User Testing platform. Requires bachelor’s degree in information technology, digital media, computer science or related and 2 years’ experience as data analyst including SQL. Telecommuting/ability to work remotely.
