Transformer Wire Winding Technician - Canton, Ohio - JOB 440-24-00747

Salary Range: $22.00 - $28.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus Available After Completing 90 Days of Employment!

REQUIREMENTS:
• High School / GED, Technical / Vocational Training, Associates in Electronic Technology or Higher-Level Education with at least 1 year of hands-on experience with liquid or dry transformer coil winding and operating coiling machinery to wind wire or sheet coils.
• Candidates must be capable of operating coiling machinery, reading schematics, blueprints, winding data sheets, and follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Candidates must have experience with the following equipment: brazing and welding equipment, insulation resistance testers, cut-off saws, bake ovens, grinders, winding lathes, punches, shears , wire strippers, cranes, forklift trucks, dip tanks, VPI systems and various hand-held power and non-power tools.
• Candidates are required to perform the following tasks: electrical testing, recording connection, and winding data on QA forms, record production and operational data, ordering materials, winding random coils, insertion of finished coils, connecting coils, testing, taping, and tying finished coils, and prep for install.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
