Management Analyst Location: US-CA-Pomona - 91766 Email Job

Job Duties:
1. Gather, organize, and analyze feedback regarding potential customer support issues, employment disputes, employee disputes, and the company’s internal procedures; develop and
update internal company policies and procedures.
2. Collect feedback and opinions from brand suppliers, management team, and internal staff team and log in to the ERP system, analyze and straighten out the source of conflicts,
formulate a clear dispute resolution process, design clear purchasing & receiving procedures, and improve work efficiency.
3. Participate in making strategic decisions with cross-functional teams and engage in procurement planning with the sales and marketing departments for exclusive distribution of crossborder trading brands, such as Mead Johnson, OLLY, The Laundress, Clothes Doctor, etc.
4. Manage Exclusive Distribution Agreements entered with brand suppliers, establish strong collaborative relationships with Sales, Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, and
Marketing teams to develop sound operational processes, collect their opinions & feedback, and provide resolutions for disputes.
5. Gather, organize, and analyze sales figures and provide reports to brand suppliers. Attend meetings with supplier representatives and identify potential problems regarding supply,
sales, accounts payable, and marketing; prepare reports for the management team and provide resolution plans.
6. Prepare and formulate forms and reports of sales, purchases, and other data the management team requires. Confer with them about format, distribution, and purpose, identify
problems, create solutions, and suggest improvements.
7. Plan training for work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.
8. Prepare and archive supplier contracts, authorization certificates, and other procurement documents; operate SAP system to create purchase orders, complete goods receipt process,
create new suppliers, create new items, and run purchasing and sales reports.
Minimum Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution
• 12 months of work experience as a Management Analyst
• Proficient in SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP Ariba, Oracle iProcurement, and Oracle OBIA.
