Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of the Client Operations Team and Data Entry
  • Overall accountable for the operations guaranteeing processes run smoothly and timings are met
  • Maintenance of the tools used to project manage the tasks and team
  • Coordinate with Account Teams on special requests
  • Monitor timelines and ensure that risks are flagged and escalated on time
  • Analyse internal/external reporting as needed
  • Raise and follow up IT tickets when requiered
  • Lead, assist and participate on meetings with peers and Stakeholders
  • Lead / support recruiting process when needed
  • Contribute to operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
  • Set KPIs / SLAs for the team and ensure those are followed
  • Report on such metrics monthly basis
  • Responsible and accountable of team and new staff training
  • Keep the team engaged and motivated
  • Set up team yearly objectives and perform yearly reviews
  • Prepare and follow-up on career plan for all team members
  • Set up, maintain and document the appropiate processes to ensure the correct team dynamics to support the needed activities identifying opportunities to work more efficiently as a collective group
  • Facilitate escalation to the Client Operations Team and Data Entry
  • Work collaboratively and maintain relations with all other teams and business stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 6 years of experience in similar positions or the related area and 3+ years of experience managing a team
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills for large teams
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills with clients
  • Good time-management and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects
  • Demonstrable Experience with office management tools (Outlook, Microsoft excel and Microsoft Teams, in particular)
  • Ability to make decisions and work under pressure
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skill
