Responsibilities:

Schedule deliveries with carriers, purchasing department and independent carriers.
Comparing purchase orders with all inbound freight.
Inspecting deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice criteria.
Process claims and returns with warehouse, purchasing, accounts payable, distributors and independent carriers.
Organize all inbound freight on the receiving dock.
Leads and directs the activities of the receiving team and communicates with manager and supervisors in regard to any issues or changes.
Ensure all inbound freight is received each day.
Process completed branch transfer orders for shipment.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse and shipping operations.
Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems and bar code scanning technology.
Warehouse Management Experience.
Analytical and critical thinking skills.
Must have professional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
