Construction Specialist Lead (Caliber 1 Construction, Inc. in Villa Rica, GA)

Duties:
Produce the scheduling, budgeting, and communication of multiple construction projects at the same time. Review and analyze projects to prepare for assignments. Provides implementation and accountability of information needed for the timely preparation of all projects. Identify, communicate and connect with all contacts involved in each phase of a project. Develop and build relationships with developers, community leaders and other companies to provide the optimal support for a project and ongoing relationships. Leads communication between clients, engineers, architects, investors, and subcontractors.

Minimum Requirements: master’s in civil engineering, construction management or closely related; 3 years master scheduler in commercial construction with an additional 2 years as a Project Manager in Commercial Construction leading projects in K-12, institutional, and public projects; procore certification in project management; PMI scheduling professional certification; less than 30% domestic travel to client sites.
