The Ideal Account Manager Will.



  • Support sales and account management for the Southern region, including the states of Texas, New Mexico, Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Missouri AND reside in one of these states.



  • Maintain and grow existing food accounts in the South territory, while developing new business opportunities.

  • Coordinate and implement sales strategies tailored to individual customer needs.

  • Ensure profitable sales of food ingredients across the territory, partnering with distribution channels.

  • Provide market research feedback on industry trends, competitors, and new applications.

  • Prepare plans, budgets, and reports promptly.

  • Attend trade shows and sales meetings to stay at the forefront of industry developments.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelors degree in Food Science, Grain Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in food ingredients required.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to business needs.

  • Travel required up to 30%, including potential international trips.
