What YOU Do:
The Flooring Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting and attracting new clients while developing long-term relationships and managing existing accounts to drive product sales within the Main Street commercial, Senior Living, Eldercare, and residential shop-at-home markets. You will market and sell a variety of flooring products, as well as promote other company products and services.

Your Background Profile:
Experience: Flooring sales: (3-5 years Minimum)
Experience with flooring products and materials
Experience measuring home or client location flooring to produce estimation
Experience with business-to-business sales
Aggressive sales attitude and demonstrated ability to close
Professional communication skills and demeanor
Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to work in either a retail flooring environment or with builders, developers, various sub-contractors, manufacturers, designers and architects.
Flooring knowledge including carpet, tile, wood, laminate, and resilient is REQUIRED
Time management: Utilize time wisely and multitask. Organize and manage multiple priorities/projects with impending deadlines.
Project Management: Ability to work as part of a team and/or independently with minimal supervision.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with CRM (Salesforce, FreshSales etc,) and invoicing/project management systems a plus
Education: Associates degree preferred.
