Flexible schedule- Day shift, Monday to Friday and weekends available
These visits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in a health plan members home. No prescribing or treating
1. Earn $1000 to $4000 each week ( Average 6-9 visits daily )
2. Additional pay for testing $5-$25
3. Increase your per-visit rate with our Market Multiplier
4. pay-per-test model ( for visits where the patient qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests )
5. Shifts available Monday - Sunday ( no nights/weekends required )
6. Airfare, Hotel, Rental Car, Malpractice, Availability Incentives
7. Independent Contractor, 1099 status

9. State License Required
10. Must be willing to cover a 75 mile radius- but scheduled daily based on zip codes
11. Must have 5 days of availability per month
State Traveler positions available lodging, rental car, flights provided as needed
$40 per day daily stipend
