Twilio, Inc. seeks Data Analyst (L4) in San Francisco, CA

Job Duties: Inject data into decision making and planning to increase confidence in anti-fraud outcomes via defining KPIs, designing and building reports, dashboards, and assisting with feature ideas for data science teams building predictive models, in collaboration with product managers. Identify current fraud trends, provide insights into fraud issue-priority from aggregated data and dashboards in close collaboration with the extended fraud operations team. Communicate anti-fraud insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels via standardizing and maintaining metrics, models, datasets, and dashboards. Own the data by tracking anti-fraud and overall business impact. Document knowledge to enable other data analysts. Serve as a data-partner to the operations teams. Develop and document data analysis processes to ensure transparency and compliance. Partner with business stakeholders and embedded analysts across disparate teams to help think through and plan the right solution for data analytics problems. Telecommuting Permitted.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information or closely related quantitative discipline and two (2) years of experience in job offered or two (2) years of experience in the field of Business/Data Analytics, Data Science/Management, or related occupation

Salary: $129,000.00 -$165,200.00 per year.
