Responsible for planning, scheduling material requirements for production. Coordinate with customer for production and shipments of cookies. Maintaining ingredients and packaging materials such as films, cartons, cases and bulk for cookies and toaster pastries in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Work with third-party logistics with lead times to ensure plant receives sufficient ingredients for production; count pallets and cases shipments; coordinate with quality departments for pallets hold and release of shipments to customers. Responsible for working with other departments for problem solving, error investigation and root cause analysis, planning the production for the following week, planning inventory such as raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials for the required number of production number in the following week. Responsible for participation in Weekly meetings for production scheduling.
