Supports system’s finance strategic objectives, providing long-term financial planning, operational performance analysis, financial feasibility studies, and special purpose reports to senior leadership; leads and/or manages financial a strategic projects including providing financial analysis, consulting and reporting for system’s strategic finance initiatives and/or strategy projects, and developing new tools to track strategies and goals related to the value equation; performs financial forecasting support; develops analysis of ongoing financial and operating performance for the system, operating unit, affiliate and/or lines of business and ensures annual plan updates are developed and implements systems to monitor effectiveness and/or changes as appropriate; keeps system leadership apprised of current financial activities affecting or having a potential impact on affiliates, bringing practical and insightful options and recommendations; assures coordination and communication with other system departments (e.g. Legal, Treasury, Finance, Business Development, Facilities Planning) with relation to financial planning and analysis activities; and translates client requests into project approaches, taking care to confirm/ensure approach meets clients’ needs, and continually monitors customer service by gathering feedback and making changes to enhance satisfaction. Hybrid WFH and in office with manager approval.

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Experience Requirement: 8 years of experience in financial or accounting analysis.

Specific Requirements:
• 8 years of experience in financial analysis principles, methods, practices, and procedures.
• 8 years of experience in financial modeling.
• 8 years of experience in computerized accounting/financial systems and how it’s used in compiling, recording, maintaining accounting/financial transactions and information.
• 8 years of experience in translating complex financial data and analysis into reports and presentations for appropriate audience.

Wage Range: $53.59-80.39 per hour
