Duties:

Perform manual and automated testing of applications supporting business objectives while demonstrating independence in project analysis. Lead analysis for the purposes of developing test cases for websites, web applications, and infrastructure. Define test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures. Plan tests and strategies according to the project. Perform hands-on manual testing while scripting automated tests to ensure application quality. Serve as a liaison to business analyst and product owner, providing feedback on application readiness for migrations. Analyze problems and weigh their severity. Identify, communicate and prioritize software bugs in the code. Perform application performance and load tests. Telecommuting is permitted.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; plus 3 years of Analyst, Tester, Engineer, or related experience. Requires 3years of related experience in the following: 1) working in the software development industry, participating in a team environment; 2) Automation tools including Selenium WebDriver; 3)Testing web services including RESTful API; 4) Programming languages including Java, C#, and .Net; 5) Performance testing using tools including Apache JMeter; 6) Continuous Integration tools including Bamboo, and Jenkins; and 7) Databases including MongoDB, and Postgres.
