Berry Appleman & Leiden is hiring a Staff Attorney in Boston, Massachusetts. Duties: Provide assistance to the assigned team in the preparation and filing of U.S. immigration casework. Conduct legal research and provide assistance with the preparation of complex written projects for immigration cases. Prepare legal memoranda and/or legal briefs. Analyze facts, patterns and complex legal issues to provide sound legal advice in immigration related issues. Provide temporary support and leadership to assigned team. Assist with the maintenance of case work quality and consistency on the assigned team. Evaluate cases and assist in providing case strategies and/or solutions to issues. Guide client and employees through processes. Liaise with other attorneys or departments in the firm on projects. May telecommute.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school and 24 months of experience in the job offered or a lawyer related occupation. Must be licensed to practice law in the US.
