Laserage – Waukegan, IL: Dev micro interconnect/cable assembly products for medical devices. Review/assign EngTech workload on per-project basis. Manage project costs. Support sales team w/ cost & capacity estimates. Dev FDA/reg subm’ns. Perform root-cause analyses; implem corrective action. Min. Rqmts: MS/equiv BiomedEng or related + 5 yr related exp; or bach + 8. Must include 3 yr med device mfg to ISO 13485 std & 2 yr in each of the following: theory of constraints; Lean/6Sigma; project mgmt; Aras/other PLM systems; superv’n of Techs; design/dev of laser proc & value added to med device components; plan/exec of product valid’n; coord/exec of projects in offshore facilities; SolidWorks/AutoCAD &/or Creo; risk mgmt tools (e.g. FMEA). 25% dom/intl travel.
