As an R&D Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our clients product innovation. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to create and refine baked goods that not only meet customer expectations but also exceed them. Key Responsibilities:

  Product Development: Lead the formulation and development of new bakery products, from concept through commercialization. Ensure that products align with consumer trends, company standards, and regulatory requirements.

What Our Client is Looking For:

  Educational Background: A degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in R&D or product development are a plus.

  Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in food product development, preferably within the bakery industry. A strong background in ingredient functionality and formulation is essential.
