We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team and contribute to our daily operations.


Job Description:


As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient office operations while providing essential support across various departments. Your role will encompass a blend of administrative tasks and basic IT responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Administrative Duties:



    • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.

    • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.

    • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.

    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

    • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.




  • IT Support:



    • Provide basic technical support for office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners.

    • Troubleshoot minor hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems to the IT department.

    • Assist in setting up and maintaining computer workstations, including installing software and performing updates.

    • Support the IT team in managing network and server systems, ensuring they operate efficiently.

    • Educate staff on basic IT procedures and best practices.




  • General Office Support:



    • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

    • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.

    • Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.

    • Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.




Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant administrative role.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).

  • Basic understanding of IT principles and willingness to learn.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or IT are a plus.
