InnerView has an immediate opportunity for a consulting professional. The position will serve as the one of the company’s primary client-facing contacts for solutions in a telecommunications company.

Summary
InnerView has an immediate opening for a full-time, contract position to support a telecommunications client in the re-launch of a connected home product. The role will be responsible for coaching front-line representatives to increase their confidence in positioning the upgraded product to customers. The ideal candidate will be high-energy, thrive in a dynamic sales environment (retail, call centers, etc.) and be willing to travel extensively.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support to customer-facing sales representatives on ways to integrate an updated version of a smart home product into their sales conversations
- Activities to include coaching, facilitating sales team huddles, observing sales interactions
- Develop materials and content as requested
- Proofread and edit training materials
- Analyze the effectiveness of tactics and provide strategic recommendations
- Manage all aspects of onsite support with client including:
- Work with leadership to schedule trainings, facilitations and other events
- Connect with various levels of management, to ensure daily adherence to the team plan
- Coordinate calendar to ensure all tactics are executed on schedule
- Provide a weekly readout for main Stakeholders covering what was accomplished, opportunities, observations and success stories.
- Maintain timely and accurate completion of administrative responsibilities (expenses, time sheets, etc.)
- Compliance with company/client policies and procedures (travel, expenses, vacation, etc.)
- Provide the InnerView Client Journey team with feedback, recommendations related to opportunities
Qualifications
- Position requires 100% travel for client delivery
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in b2c sales, sales coaching, sales training, customer service
- Call center experience preferred
- High energy, ability to motivate people
- Strong presentation skills
- Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to work independently
- Experience influencing individuals in all levels of business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Four-year degree preferred
