Key Responsibilities:
Greet prospects, assess their needs and answer their questions
Tour and present community in a compelling manner
Drive the sale by highlighting the quality of the community and the lifestyle available
Build strong working relationships with current residents by providing outstanding customer service
Initiate marketing ideas and assist in coordinating resident events
Process applications, prepare and review lease agreements and renewals
Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries (Include but not limited to: providing leasing information, booking appointments, following up with prospects, and creating and following up with maintenance requests)
Perform required office tasks and coordinating paperwork related to apartment home rentals
Qualifications:
Some college coursework
Professional appearance and demeanor
Positive Can-Do Attitude
Eager to work competitively with a team
Motivated to surpass sales goals
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Sales and Customer Service experience
Ability to successfully close a sale
Exceptional organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Enjoy interacting with people
Engaging personality
Ability to work a flexible schedule (including Saturdays)
