JOB DESCRIPTION

Accountable To Route Manager

Primary Objective of Position

To ensure the prompt and courteous delivery of product for placement in onsite vending machines and, or Micro-Market Shelves.

Major Areas of Accountability

1. Responsibilities include driving to customer locations daily to clean and fill machines and to provide excellent customer service.

Some heavy lifting involved.

2. Provide consistent and excellent customer service. Deliver products and service to established client base

3. Retrieves damaged or out of date product from vending machine and brings back to the warehouse and placed in the designated area.

4. Utilizes Vending Management software in accordance with established procedures to record all fills, stales, ending machine

inventory, cash bag numbers, change fills, and collects all funds from the machines as noted for each account assigned.

5. After removing outdated and damaged product, fills the vending machines to the established inventory levels, collects sales funds and

refills coin tubes and bill changers to set levels. Fills machines in accordance with current merchandising program or required

products. Performs routine machine cleaning and sanitation on machine, pays refunds and restocks counters with supplies where

applicable.

6. Completes route assignments as scheduled in the order given. If adjustments are required, confers with supervisor for verbal or

written approval. If a scheduled stop is missed for any reason, that stop is re-scheduled with the Route Manager.

7. Report any improper machine operation to supervisor or Manager. Conducts minor repairs and adjustments on machine operation

such as removal of bent coins and replacing display lights. Changes coin mechanisms and bill validators as necessary.

8. Maintains security of cash and property by- locking unattended vehicles; securing funds in a non-discreet area until returned to

warehouse; secure keys at end of the shift as directed. Safeguard company property. 100% responsible for any missing money bags.

9. Unloads and cleans trash from delivery vehicle, performs daily vehicle operative checks, reports vehicle problems to supervisor,

secures keys and vehicle.

10. Responsible for accurate recording of information and is held accountable for any shortages if deemed they are responsible.

11. Ensures proper handling and rotation of perishable products. Ensures food and drink requiring refrigeration is maintained during

transit and storage. Puts away any ice / cold packs when returning to the warehouse so they can be used the following day.

12. Participates in solving problems/challenges with any aspect of the operation as necessary.

13. Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance. Maintains proper flow

of information within the company by effectively communicating with all other team members.

14. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and

procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.

15. Maintains a favorable working relationship with other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious

working climate.

16. At all times projects a favorable image of Gator Vending, Inc and Gator Markets LLC.

17. Performs any other duty as requested.
