The prep cook will be preparing foods that will be used in our lunches by cutting all meats, making sure all meet containers are filled for both morning and afternoon cooks. Preparing foods like potato salads and Cole slaw. Plus other chores that need to be done in the kitchen area. You will have your own work area and fridge to work with. You will also have certain machines you will be in charge of and will only be using. Your area must be kept clean at all times. Plus you will give a hand to the cooks if your needed work is complete. The hours will be from 9 am to 5 pm. You must be someone that does not call in sick and arrives on time every day. Wage is negotiable during interview. Must have at least one year experience in preparing foods and use of certain cutting machines.
