Roles and responsibilities:
· Bachelor’s Degree or above (relevant engineering discipline preferred) / MBA would be a plus.
· 15 - 20 years of overall industry experience in product development/engineering, Solutioning, Architecture & Design
· Has been in client consulting and consultative selling roles for technology services or product organisations
· Has structured business/industry problems to conceive proposition and solutions for clients in various industries
· Knowledge of verticals such as Telco, Media, CPG, Retail, Hi-Tech & Financial will be a plus
· Effective verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Should be ready to travel across to customer locations
· Should have worked in multi-location and onshore/offshore environments
· Should represent the practice to front ending teams and Customer
· Should decipher the information from team and take the calls
· Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
· Ability to communicate complex information to customers/prospects.
· Strong customer service, teamwork skills and a professional demeanour to maintain and enhance relationships.
· Demonstratable ability to use professional concepts in developing approaches in the solution of critical problems and broad design issues.
· Demonstrated capability to work on extremely complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variables.
· Ability to provide solutions that are highly creative and to exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
