Candidates must have current or recent A+ / Microsoft / Cisco certifications
Candidates must have at least 3+ years IT/Computer service related experience
Candidates need to have experience in end user desktop support with a focus on service quality.
We will be providing a concierge level technical support post network/computer/software changes or deployment. We are looking for candidates who posses strong communication skills and are champion problem solvers.
General PC hardware and printer experience is required. We will encounter a variety of issues related to application or hardware issues.
The schedule will be flexible. We will be providing support after a deployment team has finished. We may work varied shifts but they will be scheduled in advance.
