Our client is a $20 billion+ regional bank operating in Texas and Oklahoma with more than 250 banking centers in their footprint. We have been engaged to locate a premier lead the Glen Rose commercial lending efforts We understand that the right person for this role will currently be successful and likely a key member of their current organization, but we are prepared to do what it takes to make the move worth your time.

 

Ideally, we are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1-3 years driving C&I, CRE and deposit growth in the Glen Rose market


• Primary skill set is client development and sales


• Formal credit training


• Ability to provide oversight to the branch operations
