We help our clients purchase the luxury vehicle of their dreams.

 

Lincoln Experience and Product Specialists are responsible for learning the Lincoln product inside and out. The main goal of the Lincoln Experience and Product Specialist is not to sell a vehicle, but to help the client purchase a vehicle. This person will teach the client about the Lincoln brand and Lincoln models, walk the client through the purchase process, answer questions, and help each client feel comfortable throughout the process.

 

Once the client leaves our showroom, the Lincoln Experience and Product Specialist is responsible for checking in frequently to answer additional questions and ensure the client has an exceptional experience and ongoing relationship with our dealership. Once a client purchases a Lincoln from our dealership, they become part of the Baldwin family and should be treated as such.
