We help our clients purchase the go-anywhere vehicle of their dreams.

Subaru Enthusiast and Product Experts are responsible for learning the Subaru product inside and out. The main goal of the Subaru Enthusiast and Product Expert is not to sell a vehicle, but to help the customer purchase a vehicle. This person should be able to relate to Subaru customers who value time outdoors, the environment, pets, learning, and health. The Subaru Enthusiast and Product Expert will also teach the customer about the Subaru brand and Subaru models, assist them through the purchase process, answer questions, and help each customer feel comfortable throughout the process.

Once the customer leaves our showroom, the Subaru Enthusiast and Product Expert is responsible for checking in frequently to answer additional questions and ensure the customer has an exceptional experience and ongoing relationship with our dealership. Once a customer purchases a Subaru from our dealership, they become part of the Baldwin family and should be treated as such.
