Job Description:

As a 3D Generalist at Client, you will be responsible for creating models used for marketing purposes, including models used for animations and videos. While also providing engineering support for International safety standards and virtual design reviews and audits. Job Duties include, but not limited to: 3D surface or parametric modeling, Virtual Safety Studies, Model texturing, and model simplification. What qualifies you? Previous experience in 3D modeling software such as Creo, Solidworks, or NX. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Critical thinking and strong reasoning skills. Strong collaboration and communication skills. ***Dependent on candidate skill level, this position may require up to 50 hours not billable to Client to be utilized over the first 6 months of assignment. The 50 hours are a part of a 100 hour training curriculum to successfully on-board the candidate and prepare them to be proficient in the position.

Education Requirement:

Associates degree or equivalent. *Engineering Degree is overqualified.

Critical Technical Skills:

3D Modeling/Detailing, 3D Spatial awareness, Mechanical aptitude required. Differentiating factor: More years of experience.
