State-of-the-art equipment, including a Femto-capable Z8 Lasik machine, Insight Surgery Center with two Medicare Class C ORs, and a well-equipped facility with 23 exam lanes
Collaborative team environment with experienced optometrists, nurses, and dedicated support staff
Zero ER call coverage and virtually no eye trauma calls (internal call structure in place)
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual base salary includes a wRVU structure, with the potential to earn significantly more
