Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team at Sickle Innovations Private Limited. As an Ecommerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online sales channels. This includes overseeing the performance of our ecommerce platforms, optimizing product listings, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing ecommerce accounts and driving sales growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce account management
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and online sales strategies
- Proven track record in driving online sales growth
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using ecommerce analytics tools
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our ecommerce accounts, including platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversion rates
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive online sales
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of ecommerce initiatives
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce
- Identify and recommend new opportunities for business growth
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on ecommerce platforms
- Work closely with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Address customer complaints and inquiries
- Oversee both inbound and outbound logistics operations
- Ensure timely delivery of customer orders
- Manage inventory effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a required skill
