OTT Financial Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve in our wealth management team.

Duties:

Engage with clients to assess needs and develop tailored solutions in relation to cash management, finances, insurance coverage, investments, retirement and estate planning and taxation;
Analyze clients financial records to enable the establishment of goals and development of a financial strategy;
Increase clients confidence by providing personalized advice, answering questions and addressing concerns while raising matters as appropriate to team members while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy;
Identify potential new clients through networking, seminars and referrals;
Develop and maintain good relationship with clients and external partners;
Implement and improve service level agreements and productivity targets.

Qualifications required:
At least one-year relevant experience is required;
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics or related field;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to handle all situations with diplomacy;
Ability to analyze and solve problems and handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision;
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Classification: Full-time 35 hours per week
Salary and benefits: Hourly rate: $29.50
