The Clinical Support team member is a customer and patient-focused professional responsible for delivering various clinical services in support of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers at the clinic. The role involves preparing and maintaining patient records, assisting in patient care, and ensuring optimal patient flow.

Responsibilities:

Provide patient care under the direction of physicians or nurses.
Assist in preparing patients for exams and procedures.
Maintain and update patient records accurately.
Support clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow.

Requirements:

Must be registered with the State of Wisconsin.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a healthcare clinic setting.
Must be a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), CNA, EMT, or LPN.
