Position: Financial Analyst - FP&A [240802.2TS]

Job Site: 6735 Salt Cedar Way, Frisco, TX 75034

Rate of Pay: $87,400-$100,200 per year

Job Duties: Consolidate and analyze financial data including reconciliations and period-to-period variance analysis. Analyze cost deviation with variance explanations. Provide key performance indicators on areas such as backlog, inventory, manufacturing cost and other indirect expenses. Partner closely with the cross functional teams including operations team and accounting team to understand financial inputs and provide guidance on operating decisions. Support departments across the organization including month-end financial reporting, longer-term business plan development, benchmarking, and process analysis. Apply business and financial analytics principles to provide new perspectives. Identify and propose opportunities for improvement across processes and business functions.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 2 years of experience in any occupation in which finance experience was gained.

Special Requirements: This position also requires education or experience in: Power BI; Oracle Financial Applications; Tableau; Financial planning; and Financial analysis and financial modeling techniques and tools.
