AWS DevOps or equivalent) - Nice to haveAccessibility Certification WAS from IAAP or equivalent MUST require.Experience:Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development and testing with Accessibility.Minimum 3 Years of experience in a DevOps - Nice to haveDemonstrated experience in accessibility tools and certification MUST be required.Technical Skills:Proficiency in JavaScript.Proficiency in automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with JavaScript frameworks (eg. NextJS, React, Angular)Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies. (Eg. Jenkins, GIT, Bitbucket, Docker)Manage version control system, VM setups and management.Experience in implementing and promoting accessibility in software projects.Knowledge and experience with accessibility tools and standards. (Eg. WCAG, ADA, section 508, JAWS, Voiceover, talkback)Experience in mentoring and training other team members on DevOps and Accessibility best practices.
