Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime

Salary: Starting at $19.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain embroidery machines, ensuring high-quality production of linen products.
Set up machines by selecting and installing embroidery designs, adjusting settings, and preparing materials.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.
Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
Maintain accurate records of production and machine maintenance.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of embroidery machines to ensure optimal performance.
Assist with other tasks as needed to support the production team.
Requirements:

Proven experience operating embroidery machines in a production setting is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow intricate design specifications.
Familiarity with various embroidery techniques and materials.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
